I understand that the government requires wine shipments to be signed for a the time of delivery by an adult of the age 21 years or older. I authorize Carmelo Vineyards to charge my credit card the appropriate cost prior to receiving my allotments. I understand that my card will be automatically charged on a Bi-annual basis until my membership is canceled. I may cancel my membership by providing written notice 30 days prior to a scheduled allotment release. I understand that I am responsible for all costs incurred in my wine shipment is returned to the winery for reshipment. Wine Allotments not picked up within 30 days of the release date may be fulfilled with the current vintage of released wines. I authorize Carmelo Vineyards to send me email communications."
